ZOMG, not a DEVIL BABY!
The sad thing is? In the US, she'd probably get her way.
ETA: Happy 34th birthday to Manny Ramirez!

You know, in Orthodox Jewish synagogues, boys who aren't old enough for bar mitzvah aren't allowed to read the Song of Songs. I think Christian churches -- Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox, all of 'em -- should institute some kind of restrictive policy about apocalyptic literature like Revelation and Daniel. Like, you can't read it if YOU'RE A COMPLETE IDIOT. *scowl*

I know someone who was induced because her due date was April 1. A bit silly, IMHO. *sighs*

Actually, I just recently heard a story on NPR about women choosing to schedule caesarian delivery. They work with the doctor, do the ultrasound thing to make sure the baby is fully 'cooked' and then they go for it. The story covered pros and cons for the women making this kind of choice. I wouldn't call myself an advocate, but it was interesting.
And yeah. Intelligence testing should be required for drivers licensing and spouting Bible quotes from questionable sources. ;-)
