With Canada being what it is, I finally understand what compels people to become double agents or spies during a war. If Canada suddenly went to war with the UK, then I couldn't help myself but be working for the 'enemy' as I have a love for Curling,Rick Mercer and CBC radio, so how could I not?!. ;-) I could even adopt one of those sexy Russian accents that you always see in spy films as well just for fun.
Just to change subject completely, I wonder if the Canadian Immigration test could be changed to include the following:
17) Please explain the plot of H2O by using the following sub-headings: a) Political systems b) Historical pacts and bills c) The advantages of a global community d) The love-hate relationship between Canada and the USA. e) Why could the Big Business guys only seem to afford to pay one hit-man?
That will knock out a great deal of people by the end of the first sentence.
