In my little view of pseudocanon, Fraser thinks of them as brothers. Ray, OTOH, has the world's biggest crush on Fraser. And who can blame him?

Fair enough. In my own canon Fraser at first thinks it's brotherly but soon realises it isn't and that he wasn't in love with Victoria but is with Ray ;-) It's that he thinks Victoria = love that screws up his ability to differentiate between brotherly love and in love.
