I don't think Gordon Brown has a soul so that he is able to cry. He reminds me somewhat of McCain - someone who thinks that because he wanted to be a leader of a country so badly, he was somehow entitled to the position.

Remember what Sgt Canada said: It's not that Harper hates the arts, it's just that he doesn't care about them. :) They aren't even on Brown's radar.
