pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît?

So I'm thinking of ordering some BPAL, but the sheer amount of selections is overwhelming. I have no idea where to look first. I've been to the website quite a few times, and usually have run brain-hurty from the virtual room because there are just so many choices. But wah, I really want to get me some BPAL, so um.

So, all you BPAL fans out there: What's the best way to figure out what I want? I'm all about the dark and spicy scents.when I do buy florals they're usually kind of heavy ones; I'm really not about the light, sweet, and airy at all (and I'm assuming there's not a lot of that with BPAL anyway?).

I first went with concepts and categories I liked the sounds of. The first ones I really got into were the Funereals, followed by the Excolos. Basically I looked at the descriptions and the notes and went from there. I started out ordering imp packs and splitting the postage with friends-- after awhile you can trade with other people on the BPAL forum if there are things you want to try, and if you find yourself really liking something-- get a bottle! :D

It's great fun. I've got close to 200 of the bottles now. It's highly addictive, too, might I add... :) (I'm wearing Violet Ray right now-- the Steamworks range ROCKS.)

Yeah, I figured it'd be addictive. I love scents (and eventually would like to learn how to make my own), especially the deep, dark, exotic ones.
