I loathe our governor. What were the (other) voters thinking when they elected him? Argh.
What would have happened in Topeka and Little Rock in the 1950s if "the people..." were not "excluded from..." the desegregation decisions? It is the Court's job to interpret the Constitution fairly, even if such an interpretation is unpopular.
