What's Your High School Stereotype?
created with QuizFarm.com

Yep. That's pretty close. Except I would never have dressed like that and geez, those kids aren't in High School. I was all about wearing black and reading Dylan (that's Bob Dylan, not Dylan Thomas--I had an entire book of his lyrics). So what if I was ten years too late? Ten years later and I'd have been a Goth. *sigh* Sucks being stuck between two eras. A genius is never recognised in her own time, or something.

Also, because it's a great song and it makes me smile and everyone should know it:

Tom Waits - The Piano Has Been Drinking.

Mneh. The people next door are smoking and I can smell it in here. Yuck.

Thanks! I have odd, eclectic taste. You'll probably come upon one I send and say ewwwww.

I've got to confess that I've always been far more familiar with Dylan Thomas than with Bob Dylan.

"I knew a man, his brain was so small, he couldn't think of nothing at all.
He's not the same as you and me; he doesn't dig poetry.
He's so unhip that when you say Dylan, he thinks you're talking about Dylan Thomas, whoever he was. The man ain't got no culture,
But it's alright, ma, everybody must get stoned."

I wish I could take credit for that line, but the great sage and eminent poet Paul Simon wrote it sometime around 1965.

Curious. I scored "Punk/Rebel," which may sort of be the case now. (It wasn't when I was in high school, but then I was pretty disconnected from myself in high school.) My second-highest was "Drama Nerd," followed by "Geek" in 3rd place. I'd've expected "Geek"/"Punk/Rebel"/"Drama Nerd." It must've been that extremely-agree I gave the authority-issues question.... :)

They didn't have "choir geek", either. I was in two choruses in HS. At the same time, along with Drama. No wonder my grades suffered.

Shockingly (/sarcasm), I was a loner.

I was a loner until HS.
