This is beyond politics, or patriotism. It's just painful to look at, no matter what camp you happen to be from.

Mark Morford says it's the Scariest Music Video, Ever. I agree with him, about a million percent.

Go forth, watch, and be afraid, be very afraid. I didn't know whether to laugh, vomit or mainline insulin. It's that awful.

Mr. Morford (*loves*) also has some insight into what might be on Jesus' iPod. :)

Wow. I felt the brain cells dying as I watched that. The overuse of angels could have been the cause, or perhaps the irony of the much respected American flag being draped across the ground, or perhaps it was from straining to count the minorities (two, that I saw. And one of them could have been white after all - he was only on screen for a second). Urgh.

World? I promise, we aren't all that bad!

I think I need to go read Underwater Light now. Nothing like a bit of slash to help one feel clean again.
