Do any of you watch The Brotherhood? I'm probably going to be able to see the first episode tonight or tomorrow. It looks like it could be really, really good. And I'll probably be sent to hell or Out West if I don't at least try it.

Besides, I generally love stuff like this. And Jason Isaacs doing The Accent? The only thing better than that is if Alan Rickman decided to try it. I can't even do one, and I've lived here for *counts* erm. A long time. Not that I'd want to do one, mind you.

In other news, I feel vaguely nauseous. And I have to work today. I gotta start getting more sleep.

ETA: it's actually called just "Brotherhood". My bad.

I am DYING to hear Jason Isaacs do "the accent"!!! Alas, Ihave no clue when or where this is being aired. Ah, Showtime. Well, we don't get that, and I don't think I can convince the husband to subscribe just so I can oogle a man. Besides, with my luck, it'll be on a work nite!

I'm not downloading the first episode as we speak or anything, nothing to see here, move along. *innocent*

Jason Isaacs isn't my type (although I do recognise his innate hotness, I'm more about artsy bohemian types *points to icon*), but I do like his acting. And I love his voice. *sigh* So, yeah, I'm looking forward to it. It seems like it'll be quality. I usually don't even watch American TV, but this sounds really good, and I'd be thrown out of RI for not at least giving it a chance.

I've been watching it since the beginning--Jason is the best thing in the show. He's great-as is the Rhode Island accent.:-D

I'll reserve judgement on the accent until I hear it, but if anyone can do it, Jason can.

I've deleberately tried NOT to assimilate the accent. I've done pretty well, too, since I've been in RI since 1978 and still have a good bit of my MA one. *g*

Oh, I'm no expert on the accent at all. I just like however he talks, authentic or not.:-)
