Tell em you'll take it if they throw in the harp *g*
If I was really able to do it, I'd take it if they threw garbage all over it. The harp would be a plus, though.
It is absolutely divine, and I don't know why it's so cheap. Well, I have some idea. What a bargain.
It's cheap because the economy is terrible, from what I see. The mines are closed, now, and they were a big source of income. Bras d'Or is a tourist spot, so I dunno. I do think I'd be able to find work, though.
buy it! buy it! buy it
I want to, I want to. I'm flat broke My funds are low, but it probably wouldn't take a lot of time to get a down payment. My credit sucks, but the mortgage couldn't be very high in the first place, so a couple years of higher mortgage would probably be doable.
Fortunately, this kind of bargain isn't uncommon in the region. Unfortunately for the region, though, because it's a reflection of how bad the local economy is. I don't know if it's the mines closing, the fishing industry crashing and burning and everyone going down the road, or a combination. Probably the combo.
It's a gorgeous, breathtaking, gentle place. Even the city feels rural, and that's just the way I like it. And the music, OMG. That's the first thing I fell in love with, over ten years ago.
