There's that scene but also the one where he's faking the range of emotions in the corridor while his wife is curled-up sobbing.
No doubt I'll have to rewatch this. I haven't seen it in a while and actually haven't gotten completely through it (almost, almost, though). I also want to read the book.
And no, I doubt they'll release it on DVD unless Passchendaele unexpectedly wins 17 Oscars, and the world is clamouring for the rest of his work.
H20 is a TV movie, too, and it was released. But then, that's the CBC, and for all the issues they have with promoting their programming, they do put their stuff out on DVD.
