Help! I need someone with sewper kewl Photoshop (or other program) skilz to repair this image for me:



I've tried, but my PS skills are slim to none. Am v. Frustrated with trying. I'd like to use it as my LJ background image.

I see you already have a volunteer, however if you need another, I have done a fair bit of Photoshop repair work on old photos. She will end up looking wonderful!

The lady in question, btw, is my mother, circa sometime in the 1940s. I just recieved this picture (from my sister), and am thrilled beyond reason.
