it's hideous, yeah? i don't have AC in the office and i keep on going to the classrooms for utterly pointless reasons. i hear the break is coming tonight though so i've got my fingers crossed.

Here's a tip straight from Texas (we know our cooling methods here): take an antihistamine/decongestant, like Sudafed. Don't know why, but it cools you off. Drink ice water and get a spray bottle full of water. Keep misting yourself with it. It'll make the fans feel wonderful.

I have to work tonight, so I will drive

mr_t00by's car (with A/C) to work (which has so much A/C it's sometimes TOO cold). I have never looked forward to going to work so much, ever.

DOO EET. It is WAY too hot to be sitting around in front of a fan spewing hot air at you.

There is a restaurant just down the (mostly shady) street. Me and some water and my hat 'n sunglasses are gonna go for it. Plus, I'm hungry, so two birds, one stone.

I have major problems with extremes of temperature, but bigger ones with heat, so yeah, I agree with you.

Workplace should be boring and cool, which at the moment sounds like a slice of heaven.
