Sad, sad stuff. At least now it appears there is respect being shown those who deserve it.
On a TOTALLY and COMPLETELY diffect tack, and since I never see you 'round the way lately, must ask if you saw the movie "Seabiscuit" over the summer months. It is, without a doubt, the best movie of the year and will remain so until RotK. It's what I like to call a "heart" movie because it slips in your heart and just blossoms there. Of course, all animals are precious to me so I'm predisposed to love any movie about an animal, but this was so much more. Just a celebration of the will to overcome. Not since "Titanic" have I actually cried in a theater. Not just the stray tear, but wracking sobs. Only this was so much sweeter because they were "good" tears. See it, dearheat, it you haven't. (And read the book too.)
