According to the Weather Channel, it is 31/88 degrees here in Warwick. At 5:25 pm. In APRIL. No wonder I'm sweltering.
Gonna go change into a t-shirt and jeans now.

Dear GOP,
Thanks for all your assistance. Don't let your matches get wet.
Sarcastically,

P.S. You'll probably get letters from Massachusetts and Connecticut, too.

Providence, mostly (I think) Atwells Avenue. Annoying bad panning is annoying:
Warwick Mall, about ten minutes away from me:
Local flooding in Cranston and Warwick:
Things are a little better now (the sun is out, yay!) but parts of 95 and other places are still closed. And I really don't know when the Warwick Mall will be able to reopen.

Very nice cashier at The Grateful Heart: Did you see the new show based on The Witches of Eastwick??
Me: *gives review that is basically a giant pimpage of Paul Gross*
VNC: *actually looks interested* Did you know that the name "Eastwick" is an amalgam of East Greenwich and Wickford, RI?
Me: OMGNO!
VNC: Yeah, John Updike's ancestors are from here. There's even an Updike Park named for them. And Wickford's original name was Updike's Newtown.
Me: Woah. Really?
VNC: Yeah.
Here, have a pretty picture of Wickford:

In other news, it's time to unclog my drain. I bought some of this. *crosses fingers*
