I still don't want to Try A Latte. I know it's the fault of the Ones in Charge and not the actual people who are in the proverbial trenches (as is the way of the universe, it seems), which is why I don't yell at the poor people who are doing the suggestive selling, or whatever it's called.

But. Because of their suggestions, I will never, ever Try A Latte, so in this case, the overlords have lost a customer. :/

Why, yes, I am passive-agressive, why do you ask? *g*

Keeping that to yourself does no good though. The best thing you could ever do is call or write to the corporate office of Dunkin Donuts (or whatever company tries to upsell you) and tell them this. Yes, yes, I realize that is basically every company you do business with. I have to try to upsell to customers too, and I hate it, but if I want to keep my well-paying job, I have to do it. So please, ya'll, don't take it out on the person that offers. Usually, we're doing it only because we have to.

This is a good idea! I shall do it. *g*

I don't. I've never even mentioned it to them. I'm all, "no thanks, I'll have coffee, yadda yadda". I mean, really, the way these guys say it (usually in a very bored voice), it's obvious they hate saying it as much as I hate hearing it. Besides, my loffly niece [livejournal.com profile] kissed_a_drunk is a DD employee. *<hugs her*
