Neither is it 1995, though I admit to nearly being convinced thanks to the music in the spinning class underneath Gillian's tumbling class. What's the frequency, Kenneth?
Oh, to be 1975 again. Granted, I was nine years old and didn't have to deal with stuff like the energy crisis and a morbid lack of national pride or confidence (can you say "malaise"?). But as a nine year old kid, that time in my life was PURE BLISS. My grandpa was alive, he was farming and, as I lived next door to him, I'd ride on the tractor and combine all the time and my sister and I would play in the truckloads of soybeans he'd bring in during harvest. My tighterthantight family all lived in a row of four houses on a barely-paved road in the country. Oh.My.God, I'd give anything to go back....
OMG! that was my very first album, evah!! I played it and played it until I knew all the words to (almost) every song! Of course, I couldn't tell you now what was on there, but I remember getting it!!
