Am feeling less panicky--the kids did get home this morning and we got quite a bit accomplished. Dumpster is coming in the morning, and we should have a truck on Thursday. Kitty ended up being inside after all, but she ran outside when I opened the door at 3 AM and I haven't seen her since. I think she's probably fine, though.

The new place is lovely--a high-cielinged living room, eat-in kitchen, three small but doable bedrooms, more counterspace.

'tis good. All sha' be well. heinous_bitca and willysunny, I seem to be fine for now, help-wise. *hugs*

Oh, and this. O, Amazon, how you have disappointed me.
