I want to add new quotes to my user info, but that would mean that I probably should delete some of them already. *angsts* Decisions, decisions....
Why, yes, I have a life, why'd you ask? I'm just resting because I drove over 250 miles yesterday. An' I have to work today, which is okay, 'cause it's not like I've worked in two weeks. For now, am bored and full (vegan black bean soup and hot spiced chai from Nepenthe Cafe downstairs--the upside of living on Main Street).
Oh, and I didn't gain any weight on my vacation, yay! I didn't lose any, either, but whatever.
patchfire did, though. *G*
This post is only a cover so nobody will think I just wanted to post a GIP! And also, doesn't Antonio Banderas have the sexiest voice ever? Well, okay, maybe Dave Matthews could beat him in a run-off. Or maybe they could sing a duet? *swoons at the very idea*
Oh, gods, I'm rambling. Must be the MASSIVE AMOUNT OF CAFFEINE IN THE CHAI. THIS IS REAL CHAI, FOLKS, NOT THE DUNKIN' DONUTS FAKE VERSION FROM SOME MACHINE. I HAD TO PUT THE SUGAR IN MYSELF.
Oh, my.

Date: 2005-03-29 04:53 pm (UTC)There was quite a bit of controversy about it, as well. Some people (most likely NEPC's competitors) said that it violated the zoning laws against billboards by "advertising" Del's. Buddy Cianci finally had to intervene, and he said "let the poor guy have his Del's" or something. I doubt it will ever be done again, but it was v. cool. Go, Buddy. *g*
