But hate leads to anger, and anger leads to resentment, and resentment leads to the Reds sucking like a vacuum cleaner every since the mid-70's.... Sorry, I have Star Wars on my mind right now.

Actually, I consider the clip of Fred Lynn waving his fly ball inside the foul pole one of the great iconic baseball images of all time. The fact that it happened against my hometown team only makes me slightly bitter. :-)

It's absolutely one of the great iconic baseball images of all time...possibly THE most. Maybe even the greatest game in baseball history.

...except it wasn't Fred Lynn, it was Carlton Fisk.

Well, since you're a Reds fan, you probably don't want to remember anyway. Just like I have NO IDEA who pitched/caught/etc. in game 7. Also, Pudge Fisk is right up there in my top five players evah.
