Me, that's who. 'Bout time, I've only been wanting it forever. I may have just purchased the geekiest album ever recorded, and I say that with sincere affection.


Oh, and I've been neglecting my poor flist because of RL and reading this (yay for British mythology, which was my first path into fantasy!) and spending way too much time over here. I'm going to try to catch up soon (read: tonight after work). I have Mike's, y0.

OMG, that sounds like a really fun recording! I've never heard the Rock Bottom Remainders, though I've heard of them.

The RBR aren't supposed to be good. Dave Barry says "We play music like Metallica writes novels". :) But apparently they aren't bad, completely, either. Besides, Stephen King singing "Stand By Me?" Cannot. Resist.

What you really should be doing is watching the classic match-up tonight between the two big free-agent pitchers that now play for our respective teams. Of course you got Beckett who is 3-0 and we got Burnett who missed his first two starts and then lost his debut. Hopefully Burnett can show the Bosox that they signed the wrong guy.

I think you mean "Beckett" as poor old Burnett was long gone from the game with another sore elbow. Your guy Beckett was still pitching and throwing at batters. He will learn.
I have decided to go to the game today since our ace "Doc" Halliday is pitching and Noelle is busy writing an essay. Unfortunately it is raining here in Toronto which means the roof of the domed stadium will be closed. Nice that we can still play the game but I often wish we had a real baseball park like Fenway.....
