I am flat broke.

I thought this was bad today when my car didn't start and I either need a new battery or there is something else worse wrong with it. And I have to go to work tomorrow. And Monday. And Tuesday.

But wait. It's even more of a tragic thing that I have no freaking money at all.

Because of this.

I get paid on Thursday, but do you think there'll be any tickets left? I seriously doubt it.

Excuse me while I go lock myself in a closet and sob. Or have a tantrum. Or both.

Oh, wait.

I can't even do THAT because I'm at work.

Once at work my coworkers at the time were asking people to put in $5 towards a birthday gift from the boss. I had to turn them down because I couldn't afford it (a convenient and happily truthful excuse, because even if I could've afforded it, I couldn't stand my boss and wouldn't have contributed anyway). I've been there, babe. It ain't fun. Sending lovin's your way.
