Is there a code I need so I can start using the gorgeous layout you made for me? I'm very layout-challenged, so I have no idea. Help?

i just got notified of your desire to use the layout, with the quotation alteration yes yes of course --

what you can do is to change your password to something temporary and give me that password for 15 mins while i work the magic, and then when i'm all done i'll tell you and then you can change your password back to what it normally is (then i never have your permanent password). this is what most people i design for do.

OR...

i will give you explicit explicit explicit instructions on how to do it yourself, and that way i will never have unrestricted access to your journal. the URL for the background image etc... i will provide all that.

so tell me which method you prefer -- and we'll get to it! :D :D :D i'm glad you like it!

also, please don't feel married to it -- if you want to change it again in a week or a month or a few days, 'saright!!!

I'm fine with a temporary password. I'm at work, now, so I won't be sure when I'd be available to change it. We could try the explicit instructions thing because it might be more convenient for both of us.

Either way is fine, though, because my LJ is almost entirely public, except the occasional private message to individuals, which are the excitement/intrigue equivalent of "Pick up a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread on your way home".

okie dokie!! i will write out the instructions. do you have that picture hosted anywhere -- like your Lj photoalbum? i have it hosted in my Lj. for as long as i have an Lj, i can keep it there. if you want to host it yourself somewhere, that's okay too. you will need the URL either way -- so i'll provide you mine or you can insert yours where it says to -- when you see the instructions.
