Okay, I need some help here.

I need to know (if it's possible to know) how many days between Fraser and Kowalski finding Vecchio at the Hotel California and Frobisher's March 11 speech (which was actually on March 11, right?). I don't have time to go searching through the episode, really. Help? Please and thank you?

Also, does anyone know how long it takes to get from Las Vegas to Chicago by plane? By car?

Vegas to Chi is about a day's drive if you do it straight, two days if you stop overnight. Depends on the weather, too - if you go through Denver and it's winter, tack on another day.

By plane, it's about 3 hours.

Can't help with the due South thingy, though!

I am so cool, and looked up 'Chicago to Las Vegas' on googlemaps. Because, you know, I love googlemaps. 1,746 miles, or 1 day, five hours. If you need this level of detail, it's I-88 to Des Moines, then I-80 from Des Moines to somewhere near Denver. Then I-76 toward Denver, then I-70 to I-15. You take I-15 into Vegas.

I think we're gonna go with the plane option. The drive would be more interesting, but it doesn't make sense.

Alas.

I ought to write roadtrip!fic. I just have to figure out in what fandom, with what characters, and oh, yeah. Why they're going on a roadtrip in the first place.

I'm first inclined to write CSI:!roadtrip!fic, but honestly, why would the CSIs be taking a roadtrip??

VACATION!!!

I'll write one with you, if you pick a fandom we both know. Besides HP, because I wanna write something different. And anyway, HP road trip fic? Eep.

Good old 68 year old Gordon Lightfoot just played his usual 4 night stint at Massey Hall here in Toronto. Wonder if he played Song For A Winter's Night. Great great song.

I first heard that back in the 80s. I don't think there's one song he does that I don't like. I love some more than others, but I don't not like any. I can't even say that about Elton. Which doesn't take anything away from how much I adore Elton, of course. *g*

I actually don't know that one. I'm sketchy on eighties Elton. Better at seventies and nineties and recent. There's some great stuff from the eighties, though, don't get me wrong.
