The price has been reduced on my dream home. It's gone from $92,000 to $86,000. CAD. Which means in American, the asking price is $76,040.47.

I should investigate this, just to see if

I had no idea there were places in North America where you could buy more than an acre of land and a large house for that kind of price. I don't think you could buy 1000 sq ft condo anywhere near where I live for that.

D00d. If somebody posted a listing for a house on 1.26 acres in Ireland for $76k and I was finished with this stupid doctorate, nothing in the world would keep me from it. My family would just have to come too understand. And maybe give me some money for a down payment until I could save up. Hey, I'm not above shameless begging.
