I really, really hope they decide to allow it. I wonder, though, why the hearing is going to be in Washington. Maybe it should be in Iqaluit, so everyone can see firsthand.

I do hope this goes somewhere - It won't - but I really hope it does. The First Nations are absolutely correct of course, although in a court case, it would be nigh on impossible to prove that the US was solely responsible for their enforced life-style changes. At the very least, it should raise awareness and yes, Al? Get your parka on.
