Look at your LJ userpics list. If you have fewer than 50 icons, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five icons, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five icons, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. List them on your LJ, and tell everyone exactly why you have it, why it's interesting to you, and what significance it has.
This is my humour icon, and also a Welcome Back, Kotter icon. I loved this show when it was being broadcast in the seventies. The part I like best is the story of how my mother heard the theme song on the radio (John Sebastian, y0, it was a hit!) and when he sang "your dreams were your ticket out", she thought he said "Eugene threw your ticket out". So, um. That's why the keyword says what it does.

The words "these are not our faces" are from Neil Gaiman's essay in The Faces of Fantasy by Patti Perret. I love Neil Gaiman, and I love his words. He's also pretty darned gorgeous. :D

It's John and Yoko. I love them. Not much more to say about that, unless you count everything.

The flaming chalice is the symbol for Unitarian Universalists. UUs are awesome. :)

Pretty self-explanatory. Ray V and Fraser. I love them, yes I do. Matching jackets FTW!

Ellen Fanshaw is so awesome I named my car after her.

Some people never had an awkward period.
I love Frannie Vecchio. I couldn't do her justice in an icon, so I was glad that
buzzylittleb could.

Because Gord Downie is better 'n you. Also better 'n me, and most other people.

Does she not take wing like a living thing, child of the changing tide?
Inspired by
isiscolo, and of course, Stan Rogers, especially this song (lyrics here). This is the first icon I made myself that I'm proud of.
Also? I kind of bought this. *g*
