It's good that they have good tea, since I don't like their coffee. And I just realised I left my tea in the car and it's too late to get it. *sigh*
Timmy's also gets the award for best donut holes. Timbits are worlds above Dunkin' Donuts. Dunkin's has the best coffee, though. I've never had Dunkin's tea.
Dude. I drove through Hamilton last night (not on purpose, mind you. Those signs off he QEW that say there's a hotel close by the exit are traps designed to lead unsuspecting Americans through unexplored cities at one a.m.). I'll be back in that area on Saturday night. Right now I'm in London. Tomorrow, Toronto. Sometime before I go home, Ottawa. I'll most likely be free for lunch or something Sunday if you and your other half are around.
Sorry about the sign thing! That is probably why I left Hamilton and moved to TORONTO (home of the Blue Jays). So how long are you in Toronto and whereabouts are you? I seem to recall a conversation in which you indicated you had a friend living not far from us (St. Clair and Spadina area) or I may have dreamed it. I work downtown in the Bay and College area, which is where I am on Thursday. Friday I am going to the Canadian Open. Let me know. In the meantime enjoy your stay!
I'm pretty sure that my problem with directions is because of me and not the signage (unlike RI which doesn't have signs because everyone thinks they're not needed because if you're there you probably live there and should know where you are).
I'm in Toronto until Saturday, then I'll be in Hamilton. Which isn't so far from Toronto, actually. :)
I don't have a friend from the area, but I'm staying just off Spardina myself (and meeting friends from Michigan here), which for some reason took me forever to find. Toronto? Isn't Driving Fun. I'm leaving my car in the lot until I leave the city. If Toronto's subway system is anything like Boston's, I'll be fine. Anything's better than driving. ADD + City Driving = escalating hypertension.
