Hey! Didn't want to clog up Maya's journal, so I'm attacking yours directly. The icon *rules*. H/D forever. *Embraces the twin* I've actually seen you around the journals before... Do you write fic? Or just fangirl the HP fandom goddesses like my sad self? Maya's little H/D/Z trilogy there was so amazing. The imagination and the tightness of the plot! *Shamelessly fangirls again* Ahem. I do write fic, actually, although my only "published" one this one, which is so tiny you can read it in about a minute. I've started a bigger one, but I haven't had time to work on it. I promised a couple of people I'd try, so hopefully soon I'll get started again. I have a couple of Drabbles here and there, too.

And yes, I'm a 'Puff. Backbone of Society, us.

Wah. Sorry about delay! Phonecall. You're probably offline now anyway, but I can carry on full conversations with myself very easily. :D

So -- WAH again! *Sniffles* Gorgeous fic there. Length is nothing -- that was quality. I know a good writer when they can tug on my heartstrings with a few masterly words. Mmmm, lovely. I wish Draco could stop time too. Or at least brush off the Malfoy responsibilities. I liked how you stuck to that though. Too many fics make light of Draco's family loyalty and have him defy his Father on an apparent whim! The trapped, burdened, forbidden-love approach often reveals the true depths of the H/D relationship, I feel. Realistically their love is so frought with angst. (Or as realistic as that ship can get... Pfah, screw it, I live in fandom.) I love a good bit of fluff and a happy ending every now and then, but I can never really accept it and just take those fics as little rest points on the journey of blood, tears, desperation... Mwahahaa! It's the angst that really gets me. So anyway, I'm rambling. T'was a lovely fic. You definitely must find the time to write more! You're one of those writers that seem to justflow. I'd certainly be interested if you ever wrote a bigger fic. :D

I am a Hufflepuff as well! This quiz is woefully heavy on the Hufflepuff side, yes? I choose to look at this through a half-full glass-- Now N_A!Ernie can love me with no reservations, loyal 'puff that I am. Must change my lj color-scheme, however. Bugger.

That said, I am just cruising through, prompted by Sunday's armchair chat (where I am Merduf.) This led me to your fic, and I must say huzzah! *Friends* so that I'll know when your WIP is posted.

I finally came across your comment to my public fen-look post on the HP journal... I'm in Maine, and I get to Boston pretty often (am actually there/here for a few at present) - I'd love to meet, sometime, if possible! I might be able to drag along another slasher or two, also :) (I'm staying with friends, one of whom is avid, one who's sort of)
