Yes, actually. I'm borrowing a sweater from the coatrack because I'm FREEZING.

Someone in Toronto, but I forget who. *fails* Oh! It was the taxi driver who took me to catch the bus. But there was someone else before that, also in T.O.

Since it was likely one of my kids, sure.

Ottawa, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and especially bestest thing of all, marymarymaryk's new baby coming. :D :D :D :D

I too love the Canadian dime pendant. I have one that is one of the (now defunct) Irish 50p coins, the one with seven sides. I wear it fairly often, but not all the time.

Yeah, the first time I ever saw one of those old Irish 50p pieces, I thought, "That's too pretty to be money." The old Irish money had the harp on one side (which the current boring ol' euros have, too), and on the other, they each had Celtic animal designs, many taken from the Book of Kells. The 50p piece has a bird on it. It's beautiful.
