Haha! Well, I'm in Toronto and we've gotten a storm. Supposed to get more today. And it's always worse in Ottawa.

I grew up in Kingston, land of the lake effect weather (and closer to Ottawa), and we used to get awesome snow....that is, before global warming starting f-ing with things.

Ok, so...you're not getting to work. Simple as that. :D

We used to have big winters here, too. It's still snowier here than it is in Rhode Island, where I work (about 105 km southeast-ish), but I remember snow for the big Thanksgiving football game at the local high school (that would be US Thanksgiving, end of November), and we don't get much snow now until mid-December.

And it's always worse in Ottawa.

I love Ottawa to tiny little Neogothic pieces and therefore shall forgive its snowiness. *proclaims*

ETA: I've got to go to work. I'm broke like woah. It's supposed to stop eventually. It already has in Rhode Island. *prays*
