I'm feeling better about this, since it's logical that it'll be filmed in Canada, and also, it's a really good role, if the show is good. Paul as the Devil could be a very, very good thing.

My wtf was mostly about Paul actually living in LA if the pilot is a go, especially with the Canadian irons he's already got in the fire.

Yeah, I don't get the angst on the mailing list, that's for sure. I haven't looked at any of the links yet, but hell, if the guy wants to do something entertaining where he's not God of the Production for once, then more power to him. Geez.

I'm definitely not angsting, I was more wtf-ing about the location, which I assumed was Hollywood. I'm now thinking it's likely a Canadian location (not that I've heard anything official about this), which is more consistent and non-Bizarro World-ish.
