Yeah, that surprised me a lot. Apparently they're going to be charged with "Mischief". I keep wondering what would happen if someon decided to climb out on the roof of the US Senate. Not so much with the chill, I'm thinking.

Date: 2009-12-07 04:43 pm (UTC)See, I've taken some climbing courses with environmental activists, and they're usually safety-conscious people. I'm pretty sure they have proper equipment and training (although there is always a risk, of course).
Also, they do this to get attention, and lo, it worked! *g*
