I think President Bush and other members of the government have the seeds of understanding and peace and compassion in them. But they need good advisors. If their advisors know how to water these seeds, they will act in the name of peace for all of us.**
I'm sure it would work in the long run, even with W. in office. But I'd bet it would work *more quickly* with a Democrat (or Green, or McCain) in office.
