THE SQUIRRELS IN MY YARD ARE PLOTTING SOMETHING MAJOR. THEY'RE ACTING MIGHTY SUSPICIOUS, AND THEIR NUMBERS ARE INCREASING. VERY SOON THEY WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD.

Squirrels are like that ... they look nice and cute, but in reality they are taking over.

The ones in my garden appear lovely but they are working at driving the guy in the flat above me mad by living in his loft. I have watched him come running down the stairs and rushing around the garden trying to scar them away. It's rather amusing actually. *g*

One or two squirrels are cute. This was an army. Eek.

Maybe they've had enough of Bush.

Hmm. I dunno. They probably have their own political squabbles. They chatter at each other incessantly, and with the amount of them in my yard, get pretty loud.

When you come close, do they immediately stop muttering together and start to whistle innocently? ;)

If they could whistle, they probably would.

Instead, they just sit back and look cute. Or run off ~~and try to get my dog to follow them~~.

They're heeere! They almost stole my dog today, but I got her back.

I think they may have tampered with her mind, however.

I read that "tampered" "tampons". No wonder it looked so disturbing...

Maybe they aren't my army. They could be aliens disguised as innocent little squirrels, and they make all sorts of experimants to your dog! Beware! Soon they'll attack you! Call the police!

Hmm...my dog ate tampons once. She had to have surgery because of it.

I blame the squirrels.

Take this from someone who lives in ~~Squirrel Land,USA~~ South Florida, the only way to get rid of evil, plotting squirrels (I had a few of them try to kidnap my turtle a few months ago), you have to put a stuffed animal that's a cat or something in a raccoon trap. They always go for it. Then take them all faaaaaar away from your house and set them free!

How many squirrels do I have to trap in this manner? 'Caus, liek, there are a lot of squirrels here.

Get about a quarter of them or enough to weaken their forces. Or you could buy a tranquilizer gun and go crazy!
