My car isn't working. I think the alternator's shat the bed. And. I can't afford to fix it, currently.

Ahh. If you had your lovely icon car in real life, I believe there would be no alternator problems. I'm pretty sure the lovelies didn't have them. Generators, yes. Alternators, no.
