Well, gee. I just called work to tell them that yes, I was still snowed in just like I was when I called them at seven this morning. Even moreso. Get this: They are going to try to find someone to come get me. I don't know if they'll succeed, but still.

Winter gives me no breaks, no breaks at all.

my work did the same thing... my assistant boss was like "my husband will pick you up at 8:30... i'll call when he's on his way" but she never called, and i called back at like 10 after some good sleep... and she was like, yeah we didn't need you after all. but they are makin me go in from 2-6. a lesser of the two evils of working today.

Wow, that just sucks. I mean, there absolutely no point to a big snowstorm if you don't get to take a day off from life and just snuggle in. And no coffee either? Damn, woman! I hope that by the time you get off work, there'll be some time to enjoy the wintry weather by being all cozyful at home.
