This is an unpaid, unpolitical announcement:


My patchfire is out of surgery, and will be fine, after her gallbladder and enough stones to fill the Albert Hall (*forcibly stops self from filking entire Medical Event*) were removed. She will be home by tomorrow. Kash's lovely and talented husband provided the info. I am solely responsible for the Beatles' reference.


Also, my lovely future Daughter-in-Law, tapped_trish also had surgery today (on her foot), and is nauseated and in quite a bit of pain but also will be fine. If you need any help, dear, please let me know. If I can, I will!

Oh God, that's horrible. Please tell her she's in my thoughts. That's a painful thing to go through and I hope she feels better. And coming from someone who has spent more than her share of time in the hospital, I know she'll be happy to get home in her own bed.
