I mean no disrespect to any parties involved, but:
Apparently the Red Sox think they're the Yankees.
I don't have an opinion about the whole thing, really, but this sounds SO MUCH like a New York deal. Mostly because of the GIANT GOBS OF MONEY. I hope it's worth it.
From
melpemone, and because I'm weird enough to think about this, a meme! It's short, so no cut.
List ten fictional characters you would have sex with (in no particular order) then tag 5 people to do the same.
a. Geoffrey Tennant Okay, so he's the only one in any order. Where else would he be?
2. Alex Krycek
3. Delenn
4. Ray Vecchio
5. Chris Cutter
6. Ellen Fanshaw
7. Buddy French
8. Ray Kowalski
9. Stu Redman
10. Benton Fraser
Realise, of course, I've only picked ten. In the fictional realm, I can pick as many as I want, right? Because I so left out Peter Lake (who has no picture except in my head), Meg Thatcher (shut UP.), Grownup!Jack Sawyer (also no picture), Alex Law, Curt Wild, Billy Tallent, Brian Kinney, Duck MacDonald, Remus Lupin (not the picture you're thinking of) and Augustus Knickel. Among others.
This is also THIS week. Ask me again in a few days. :)
Okay, so I'll tag, hmm.
patchfire,
missapocalyptic,
peacey,
topaz7 and
stormwynd. That seems to be a list chock full 'o variety. :) Oh, and anyone else who wants to be shallow and silly with us. *g*
P.S. The icon isn't mood-related. I just like badass!Vecchio. :D

Orpheus 33% Extroversion, 80% Intuition, 100% Emotiveness, 52% Perceptiveness |
You are an artist, an aesthete, a sensitive, and someone who has never really let go of that childlike innocence. To you, all of life has a sense of wonder in it, and the story of Orpheus was written about someone just like you. When the Argo passed the island of the Sirens, Orpheus played a song more beautiful than the Sirens to prevent the crew from becoming enticed. When his wife died, he ventured into the underworld to charm Hades but, in his naivete, he looked back becoming trapped there. You can capture your unique world view and relate it to others with the skill of a master storyteller. Your sensitivity and creativity make you a treasure to the human race, but your thin-skinned nature and innocence can cause you a lot of disenchantment and pain. What's doubly unfortunate is that, if you try to lose those traits, you never will, and everyone will be able to tell that you're putting up an artificial shell to prevent yourself from being hurt. Famous people like you: Hemingway, Shakespeare, Mr. Rogers, Melville, Nick Tosches Stay clear of: Icarus, Hermes, Atlas |
