Wah! It's lonely here without all of you! Post-Nimbus Depression setting in. To the t00by condom gang: littlealex, patchfire, moonlight69, vanityfair, lady_morsmordre, aegeus, you guys really are the Nicest People in the Fandom. Special thanks to Lady M. for opening her home-away-from-home to us.

I basically did what patchfire did every day, so I'm lazy and will send you to her LJ for a recap. Er. Except I didn't go to Shake and Bake. I was smart lazy and stayed back at the t00by condom and slept.

Things I Learned from Nimbus and the Great Southern Food Tour:

1. Central Florida is flat, flat, flat.
2. One should actually bring luggage on a trip, which segues into:

4. Never mispronounce Chick-fil-A around patchfire's Evil Genius Child.
5. Chick-fil-A isn't veggie-friendly.
6. Sonny's BBQ slightly better, but has bad litho of Slaves Merrily Picking Cotton hanging in the women's restroom. WTF?
7. I don't like being called "ma'am" at. all. *mutters something about Southern Hospitality*
8. I might possibly be littlealex's mother. Er. No.
9. I am not hiding any contraband in my Birkenstocks. Twice.
10. Oh, Fandom. My Fandom.
11. aegeus's default icon is entirely accurate. *ruffles his hair* He also has an obscene amount of Billy Joel on his iPod.
12. moonlight69 has the best. smile. ever.
13. serpentigena looks just like Angelina Johnson, and is v. gorgeous.
14. Brit-picking Disney is hella fun.
15. Mr. patchfire is Bill Weasley.
16. I love Ron. Go figure. And no, not like that.
17. Scary Stalker Person scary and stalkerish. Hide your underoos.
18. It's all about Canon.
19. Sirius/Lee: Theirloveissogrammatical.
20. There's a lovely fandom under all the kerfuffles. *hugs fandom, except Scary Stalker Person, 'cause well, that's just scary*

I'm going to be culling my friends list. I've been meaning to do it for some time, but haven't wanted to hurt anyone's feelings. So...*deep breath* I'll be defriending some people who I haven't really had much communication. This is not personal. I'll re-friend anyone who asks, and I'm not mad at anyone at all. I just need to clear my lj space, is all.

Wow, long post. I actually have a couple of research questions related to my fic, but I'm gonna wait to ask them so's not to get them lost in the shuffle, as my Gramma would say.
