Hey. Holding this spot because I don't want to get deleted (not even sure if they're doing that, but just making sure). I would love to come back to fandom, but I'm a fan searching for a fandom these days. Still drawn to due South, so send me some fic recs/communities? I bet things have changed since a few years ago. Also in the fannish doldrums, which I combat by re-reading masses of fic in chronological posting order. It's kind of fun to see how certain writers, and the fic of a fandom overall, has evolved - or in some cases, devolved.

I started reading BBC Sherlock when there 750(!) stories. Now there's a bajillion, some if which I treasure, but many of which have me frantically stabbing the back-button.
