I would love to come back to fandom, but I'm a fan searching for a fandom these days. Still drawn to due South, so send me some fic recs/communities? I bet things have changed since a few years ago. Also in the fannish doldrums, which I combat by re-reading masses of fic in chronological posting order. It's kind of fun to see how certain writers, and the fic of a fandom overall, has evolved - or in some cases, devolved.

I started reading BBC Sherlock when there 750(!) stories. Now there's a bajillion, some if which I treasure, but many of which have me frantically stabbing the back-button.

Hey there! I'm only marginally fannish these days, and organizational work has mostly taken the place of fandom in my life, along with reading a lot of books. Though hey, I have posted five fics this year, even if they're short, and three podfics! That's not nothing.

Hey! I'm mostly over on tumblr these days (as scriggle-scraggle.)

Still keeping track of DS and CKR, I've been sucked into the vortex that is Steve Rogers/Bucky Barnes so I read a lot of that. I've also fallen pretty hard for the bickering space husbands of Rogue One, Chirrut Imwe & Baze Malbus (which has also dropped me headfirst into chinese cinema. Donnie Yen and Jiang Wen are amazing. I'm crushing big time on JW.) There's not a lot of Chirrut/Baze fic sadly. The other fandom I love is The Losers though that fandom is very quiet. There's some incredible Cougar/Jensen fic on AO3.
