Alarming is one word. So is "sickening," "heart-wrenching," "appalling," and "disgusting". There's a link at the end of the little movie that will find stores in your area that sell only "family farm" grown meat. If your apt to eat meat I urge you to support these stores.

I'm not apt, but my kid is. It's free-range from now on for him. I've been leaning that way anyway, 'cause I've known about a lot of this for a while.
